Peer-to-Peer Review
What do you guys think about adding a peer-to-peer review to our weekly meetings? As we develop the QA process, we are thinking of three ways to do it:
1. Peer-to-Peer
2. Checklist-guided Self QA
3. Senior-to-Copywriter
With our current capacity, I think peer-to-peer is our best approach for Portfolio Management. We are planning on having a Senior Copywriter with this Business Unit by the end of May, that should help us shift to the Senior-to-Copywriter QA.
